He proposed that the "Four Means of Attraction" from Mahayana Buddhism (generosity, kind speech, beneficial conduct, and cooperation) can be applied to corporate management, emphasizing the importance of altruism. He believed that while modern people have mastered high technology, they lack the ability to manage their inner minds, and suggested adjusting one's inner state through meditation and contemplating Buddha images. Finally, he called for not neglecting spiritual wealth and the inheritance of traditional culture while pursuing material development.
