Modern people live in a "micro era" composed of microblogs, WeChat and other platforms, where information is fragmented and spreads rapidly. The Khenpo reminds us to be cautious when posting information to avoid creating negative karma; he suggests using micro-platforms to spread positive energy and Buddhist wisdom. He criticizes the phenomena of Buddhism becoming image-oriented, commercialized, and entertainment-focused, emphasizing that Buddhism's core is wisdom and compassion, which can help people adjust their mindset and face life's difficulties.
