Parting from the 4 Attachments
Public Talk
Tara Puja, Hong Kong
The Four Attachments refer to: attachment to this life, attachment to samsara, attachment to self-benefit, and the arising of grasping. True practitioners should see through this life, generate renunciation to turn away from samsara, develop bodhicitta to benefit sentient beings, and ultimately reach the ultimate view free from all grasping. This is a method of practice that eliminates attachments from the reverse perspective, complementing the positive cultivation of renunciation, bodhicitta, and non-dual wisdom, gradually guiding practitioners toward liberation.
