Exploring the Tibetan Buddhist perspective on mind cultivation and wellness. He pointed out that the root cause of modern people's physical and mental ill-health lies in the lack of faith, emphasizing the importance of establishing a karmic worldview, acknowledging past and future lives, and cultivating compassion and wisdom of emptiness. He also introduced the Tibetan Buddhist approach to wellness: regulating the mind, diet, sleep, breathing, and body, with altruism at its core—the key to achieving physical and mental health.
